Monday to Friday 9 - 5:30pm, working in our hybrid model with 3 days in office and 2 days from home

What you’ll do:

• You will proactively manage all customer accounts already engaged in the legal process with 3rd party legal providers
• You'll ensure all legal cases are up to date and supported with the correct actions and documentation
• You will manage all 1st Collection letter cycles and outcomes
• You'll work with the Credit Managers to ensure all proposed new Legal cases are adhering to timelines and process.
• Attend and manage the legal board output
• You will monitor and manage relationships and cases that are passed on to 3rd party debt collectors
• Coordinate all bad debt write off proposals
• You will deliver on targets and achieve KPIs

What you’ll bring:

• You will have experience as a Paralegal
• You'll possess excellent customer service and telephone manner skills
• You will be a great communicator and be able to build rapport
• You'll have a can do attitude and have great organisational skills
• You will be tenacious and driven
