We believe in a fairly flat management structure but we do need a team of people that can drive our business and focus efforts from an over-arching perspective. In addition to managerial positions within our support function roles, we offer management opportunities in both Operations and Sales.
Our Operations Managers are responsible for ensuring our branches are run as effectively and as efficiently as possible – their remit will include people, equipment and logistical issues. Operations Managers may be responsible for a single branch or supercentre, a group of branches or a geographical region.
Our Sales Managers are responsible for identifying and winning new customers as well as making sure that our existing customers are happy and continue to hire from us. Sales Managers will be responsible for a group of customers in a specific geographical area and will work closely with the branches and operational teams in that area.
